We are all passionate long-term Motorcyclists who totally understand the needs and requirements of riders. We listen to our customers and constantly take their advice and suggestions on board when designing & updating products. And this happens very regularly.
Real-time on bike Testing is a major component of our philosophy. Wind and rain tunnels are a good place to start but we know it’s not the same as riding out in the world. That’s why we personally use & refine our products via literally hundreds of riding hours, before the final style ever reaches you.. and yes, we know it’s a tough job, but somehow we persevere. :-)
A storm forecast on the horizon is another great chance for us to get ready and go out testing!! We ride during the hottest and coldest of days, we’ll take a winding mountain road and cross the harshest deserts. We also enlist professional riders like Team GHR Honda with our Off Road models. We’ve stood in the crowd at “the Island” - usually twice a year and probably somewhere next to you - and endured the freezing winds howling off Bass Straight - and then only to get sunburnt that same afternoon!
